When Scott Lawrence sent me this fun shoot he recently did with fellow photographer Taryn Kent, I knew I'd have to share more than one photo ... scroll down for the eye candy and for the background and details on the shoot! Aren't Kim and Eric just the most radiant couple?

I shoot with my good friend, Taryn, and we love unique fun vintage styled ideas which brings me to this engagement shoot. This couple is getting married at Botanica's studio in San Diego on New Years Eve and wanted to do something interesting in their New Years attire mixed with some different unique settings. So we rented an old vintage couch here in downtown San Diego and drove it around all day with a few ideas in mind.
Isn't that so awesome that you can rent a couch for a shoot like this? Scott told me the place they found the couch is "a really neat little antiques store. They rent out some of their favorite pieces for events, plays, and photo shoots. The shop is called Cottage Antiques [in San Diego and the number is] 619.222.1967."
